  • What are the ASE-NET login pages?
    They are customizable Wi-Fi login pages that are displayed to your guests when they connect to the hotel Wi-Fi.
    They are the first thing guests see – and therefore an important part of the digital guest service and your brand perception.
    The pages are designed to be fully responsive, i.e. they automatically adapt to all devices such as smartphones, tablets or laptops and enable a user-friendly login.

To give you a first impression, we have prepared some drafts that can serve as a guide:

What login options are available?

We offer you a choice of three tried-and-tested variants:

  1. Login via PMS system
    Guests enter their name and room number. The data is synchronized with your property management system.

  2. Login with voucher code
    Voucher codes generated at reception allow individual access, e.g. based on time or data volume.

  3. Acceptance of terms and conditions (Click & Surf)
    The guest accepts the terms and conditions by clicking and receives immediate Internet access – without further input.

All variants can be customized visually and functionally.

What do we need from you for implementation?

So that we can create your personal ASE-NET login page quickly and professionally, we ask you for the following information and files:

  1. Your hotel logo
    Ideally as PNG, SVG or EPS with a transparent background.

  2. Your CI guide or design specifications
    If available, please send us your corporate design manual or at least the colors, fonts and graphic specifications that are used for your company.

  3. A meaningful background image
    This image will be displayed at the top or in the background of your login page. Please provide a high-resolution image in landscape format, preferably without text or strong contrasts.
    Alternatively, we can suggest license-free image material.

  4. Your preferred login method
    – PMS (name & room number)
    – Voucher code
    – Acceptance of terms and conditions
    (A combination is also possible under certain conditions).

  5. Your terms and conditions or terms of use (if desired)
    These are linked or displayed on the login page and confirmed by the guest.

And then?

As soon as we have received all the information, we design your individual login page and provide you with a preview for approval.
After your approval, the page is integrated into the system – and your guests can access the Internet conveniently, securely and with your look and feel.
