We know how it works: KraftCom GmbH is not in vain considered a pioneer of product and solution providers for entertainment, information and communication in the hotel and healthcare sector.
With our approximately 40 employees, we develop, program, install and operate turnkey and 100% DSGVO-secure IT / TC solutions, offering Internet, telephony, hotel information systems, tablet PCs, digital signage, quality management and broadband networking - and optionally as a full-service provider or modular principle.
But even those who have existed on the market since 1999 and digitally equipped around 950 hotels worldwide as well as around 120,000 rooms can not rest on their expertise for a long time. We only survived the turbulent times of digital developments and revolutions because, as trendsetters, we always think a step ahead. And if something is allowed to stay the way it is, then that's exactly what it's all about: at KraftCom, we not only stay on the ball, we throw it - and we move it forward. So that we continue to offer our customers in the hotel industry, in the care sector and in the industry digital solutions from a single source in the "state of the art" that will continue to exist on the market tomorrow.
Locations
As a family-owned company, we also rely on tried-and-tested and traditional methods when choosing a location. Since 1999, the company headquarters in Ostallgäu, close to the Bavarian capital Munich. In the tranquil Unterostendorf, a district of Oberostendorf, we were able to establish our company.
But we are also very well prepared for the future. For several years we have been represented in Berlin with our capital representation. Our sales office is based there as well as our own support department.
In addition, we are represented in the hotel competence center in Munich with our entire technical development. Here we have our showroom and are able to map and demonstrate all the requirements of the hotel and healthcare sectors. Make an appointment with our sales team.
